Receiving Payments
At the office: We accept cash, check, money order, and Visa or MasterCard. If you would like to pay with cash, please remember there is no change available at the office. We also have a drop box located in our parking lot for after hours payments, but we do not recommend leaving cash in the drop box.
By Mail: We accept check or money order by mail. Please mail your payment several days before the due date to insure we receive it on time!
By Phone: You are welcome to call in your payment on a Visa or MasterCard.
Online: Pay your bill online at https://onlinebill.paystation.com/Roats.
Automatically: You are welcome to sign up for the Roats Water System Direct Pay Plan to have your payment automatically deducted from the checking or savings account of your choice on or around the 10th of each month. There is no charge for this program. Or, you can have your credit card automatically charged each month for a small fee. Please click on the links below to download the appropriate form.
